Custom Orders & Returns:
Since each of our wood signs is custom-made, all sales are final. We take great care in the design process, providing detailed blueprints for your approval before production begins to ensure you’re happy with the final piece. While we can’t accept returns or exchanges, we do stand by our craftsmanship—if there’s an issue due to a defect on our part, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue at no cost to you. Please see our warranty policy for more details.
Damaged Items in Transit:
If your sign arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly repair or replace it. We cover the return shipping costs for items damaged in transit. Please contact us at support@bladeandburnish.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the damage to begin the repair or replacement process.
Customer-Caused Damage:
While we can’t guarantee repairs, superior standards and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. If your sign gets damaged due to an accident or misuse, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help restore it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, but local repairs may be available at no charge.
Repair Process:
Contact support@bladeandburnish.com with photos and a description of the damage.
We will assess the damage and provide instructions for return shipping if applicable.
Once received, we will repair or replace the sign and coordinate the return to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made products are non-refundable.
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but once the design is approved and production has begun, we can’t guarantee modifications.
