We provide sign installation services for local clients for an additional charge. For clients outside our local area, we include wall mounting hardware with your shipment.

Yes, for outdoor signs, we use weather-resistant wood species such as Cedar, White Oak, Redwood, and Teak. We also apply multiple coats of a spar urethane to protect against the elements. Click here to learn more about the best wood types and finishes for outdoor signs.

Because each sign is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue on our end, we will gladly repair or replace the sign at no cost to you. For details, see our full Return Policy and Terms of Service.

To begin, simply reach out to us with your initial ideas or vision for the sign. You can email us at hello@bladeandburnish.com or click here to get started. We’ll work with you to develop a design, select materials, and finalize all details. A 10% deposit (applied towards the total price) is then required to move forward with production or hold your spot on the waitlist.
Pricing

The price of the sign includes design sketch revisions, the finished sign, shipping, and mounting hardware for simple wall hanging. For more advanced mounting options, please inquire. Taxes are not included in the price quote.

Yes, once the initial designs are approved and a quote is provided, a 50% deposit is required to begin production and to hold your spot on the waitlist. The remaining balance is then due upon project completion.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, ACH Direct Debit, and checks.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders or ongoing projects, like signs for franchises or a series of locations. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we can create a custom package.

Orders can be canceled before production begins, however only 1/2 of the deposit is refundable, since it covers initial design and material costs.

Yes, we can recreate or replicate designs, logos, or specific elements from an existing sign or picture. While we specialize in unique handcrafted wooden decor, we’re happy to bring your vision to life by adapting or replicating a design you love, ensuring the final piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
